Coach Coles enters his first season at Central Washington University, assisting coaching with the cornerbacks.
He most recently served as Quarterbacks Coach at his alma mater Madison High School in San Diego, Calif. During that time, he helped led them to a 9-2 record.
Prior to that, in 2020 Coach Coles served as the Wide Receivers coach at San Diego Mesa College but the season was canceled due to COVID-19.
Before his time as a coach, he played collegiately at the University of Idaho (2015) before transferring to Duquesne University (2016-2019), as a Quarterback and Wide Receiver, as well as being a key member on the special teams. During his college he totaled 110 catches for 1,100 and 6 touchdowns with over 300 combined returns yards also.
Coach Coles graduated from Duquesne University in 2019, with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Marketing. He is currently he is pursuing a MS in Sports and Athletic Administration at CWU.
