Biography

High School: Graduated from Reynolds High School in Troutdale, Ore., in 2011. Played four seasons of football for the Raiders and head coach Sean VandeMerghel. Named first-team all-Mount Hood Conference at quarterback. Completed 60 percent of his passes for a school-record 2,983 yards and 27 touchdowns as a senior. Set school records for touchdown passes in a game (6) and single season (27), and passing yards in a game (404). Also lettered in basketball and baseball. Earned second-team all-Mount Hood Conference honors as a baseball pitcher in 2010.
 
College: Signed a National Letter of Intent with the Wildcats in February 2011. Redshirted in 2011. Saw action in three games during the 2012 season, but did not attempt a pass. In 2013, saw action in two games, but did not throw a pass. Received a Great Northwest Athletic Conference Faculty Athletic Representatives’ Award for the third straight year following the 2013 season as one of the GNAC’s most outstanding scholar-athletes.
