High School: Helped lead the Eagles to the 4A WIAA state football championship in 2021... Part of the Eagles team that was invited to the GEICO Bowl State Championship Game in Las Vegas at Bishop Gorman High School where they played Collins Hill High School (featuring 2025 #2 NFL Draft Pick Travis Hunter) which Pletcher helped the Eagles win 40-36... Won Defensive Back MVP at the National Preps Championship Individual Showcase in Washington... Was a 3 sport athlete in high school including football, track & field, and baseball... Was a 4-year Honor Roll honoree at GKHS... Graduated from Graham Kapowsin High School in Graham, Wash. in 2023.

Why CWU?: "I chose CWU because it was the only school where I could do my flight training and play collegiate football at the same time."
