Biography

2015: Played in eight games with one start... Recorded 11 tackles (six unassisted)... Two tackles for loss (14 yards) and 1.5 sacks... One interception returned for 2 yards. 

High School: Graduated from Lake Stevens High School in 2012. Played football for four seasons for the Vikings and head coach Tom Tri. Honorable mention all-state as a senior. Earned all-area honors. Set school records for tackles in a single season (158) and career (330). Also had 26 tackles in a single game. High school teammate of CWU quarterback Jake Nelson and tight end Brady Pahukoa.
 
College: Signed a National Letter of Intent with CWU in February 2012... Redshirted in 2012... Did not play in 2013... Appeared in 7 games for the Wildcats in 2014 and recorded five tackles. 
 
Misc.: Age 20 throughout the 2014 season. Born in Everett. Plans to become a firefighter. Parents are Daryn and Yvonne Young. Has a sister, Jessica Savani.
