Transferred to CWU from the University of Wyoming in 2015

At Wyoming

2014: Olive appeared in 12 games starting 11 straight games to end the season. He recorded 20 total tackles with 14 solo stops and six assisted tackles. He also recorded two tackles for loses for three yards. Olive had a career-high five solo stops and a career-high seven tackles against Utah State.

2013: In 11 games, Olive had 25 tackles. He had four tackles for loss and racked up his first career sack against Fresno State. He posted a career-high four tackles versus Air Force in a dominant UW win.

2012: Redshirt season. 

High School: Olive was named to the 2011 Associated Press Class 4A First Team All-State team. Olive was ranked as the No. 12 best recruit in the state of Washington by ESPN in 2011. Superprep Magazine ranked him as the No. 20 top recruit in the state of Washington. Olive also earned First Team All-State honors from the Tacoma News Tribune as a senior. He was named as the South Puget Sound League (SPSL) South Division defensive lineman of the year. He was elected a team captain as a senior and helped lead Federal Way High to an 11-1 record in 2011 and the second round of the state playoffs. Olive made 79 tackles, nine sacks and 12 tackles for loss his senior season. His junior season, Olive was credited with 48 tackles, five sacks and eight tackles for loss. Olive recorded 59 tackles, 10 sacks and 10 tackles for loss as a sophomore. He played for head football coach John Meagher.
