MacMillan joins the Wildcats after most recently earning her Master's in Athletic Training from the University of Montana in 2024. The 2022 graduate of Western Oregon earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Public Health. While at the University of Montana, MacMillan worked with the Grizzlies football, softball, and volleyball teams.
She is the primary certified athletic trainer for Football and Baseball.

MacMillan also served time with the Montana Youth Sports Safety Institute and completed multiple rotations at the local high schools in the Missoula, Mont. area. MacMillan also completed a rotation with the University of Redlands football team, also assisting with their 20 other sports prior to moving to Montana.

Originally from Humboldt County, Calif. MacMillan found herself in athletic training because of her passion for healthcare and athletics. She truly loves being a part of the team and getting the chance to watch the athletes succeed and grow both in and out of their respective sports.
