Central Washington University Athletics

2022-2023: Appeared in all 30 games, starting 26 for the crimson and black. Averaged 5.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 0.8 assists per game. Recored 21 blocks and 11 steals. Had a season-high 18 points against Saint Martin's on February 23rd. 

High School: In her 2021-22 season at Tenino, Schow averaged 20.5 points per game, 12 rebounds per contest, 3.5 assists and 2 blocks per game. These high numbers came with many awards: She earned second team All-League honors in her freshman season. As a sophomore she earned second team All-League in soccer, and advanced to first team All-League honors in basketball. Schow also earned the Beavers team MVP her sophomore year. As a junior she earned league MVP for the Evergreen league.
