Biography

High School: Graduated from Kelso High School in 2011. Earned first-team all-Greater St. Helens League honors in football as a senior for the Hilanders and head coach Pat Hymes. Also starred in basketball and track and field.
 
College: Signed a National Letter of Intent with CWU in February 2011... Redshirted for the Wildcats in 2011... In 2012, named the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year... Played in and started all 11 games... Nine pass breakups was second-best in the conference... Earned first-team all-GNAC honors... Started 10 of 11 games in 2013 at left corner... Was named to the all-GNAC second team... Compiled 50 tackles and two interceptions in 2014... Also was named the the All-GNAC first team as a defensive back. 
 
Misc.: Turns 21 during the 2014 season. Born in Albany, Ga. Business major. Parents are Dwayne and Krysten Chaney.
