Biography

High School: Graduated from Union High School in Camas in 2012. Three-year letterman in football for the Titans and head coach Cale Piland. Top prep performance was a 230-yard rushing effort with three touchdowns. Starred in track and field for four seasons. Also lettered twice in basketball. High school teammate of CWU wide receiver Kaben Humphrey-Butler.
 
College: Signed a National Letter of Intent with CWU in February 2012... Redshirted in 2012... Played three games as a reserve weakside linebacker in 2013... Recorded three tackles, including one for a one-yard loss... Appeared in 10 games for the Wildcats in 2014 and recorded 14 tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss. 
 
Misc.: Turns 21 during the 2014 season. Born in Portland, Ore. Parents are Mark Rego and Kimberlee Parkin-Rego. Has an older sister, Bridgette, 23.
