Shymanski joined the Wildcats staff in December 2021 immediatly after the conclusion of the season.
Shymanski was a member of the Wildcats from 2018-2021 after spending the 2017 season with Eastern Washington University. As a member of the Wildcats she has amassed 188 kills averaging 1.47 per set, a career .298 hitting percentage, 3 services aces, a single assist, 20 digs, and 112 total blocks averaging 0.88 per set. Shymanski has appeared in four consecutive NCAA West Regionals with the Wildcats. She was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team in 2021 and 2019, and earned GNAC All-Conference Honorable Mention in her final season.
Shymanski graduated from Kaiakin High School in Kennewick, Washington. She is the daughter of Lisa & Michael Shymanski. She has two brothers and one sister. Shymanski is pursuing her degree in Elementary Education and Spanish, with a Minor in Teaching English as a Second Language.
