Central Washington University's indoor track and field team traveled to Moscow, Idaho, for Saturday's Idaho Open.
Rudy Spencer won the men's 3000-meter run with a 9:10.48 time, winning by nearly three seconds over his nearest competitor.Â
"Rudy Spencer improved his time by seven seconds over last week," CWU head coach
Kevin Adkisson said.
Adkisson was happy with the performance for the men's squad on Saturday.
"On the whole, a pretty good weekend for the guys, fairly solid across the board," he said. "We're looking forward to keeping things going."
