Mackenzie Nolte of the Central Washington University women's soccer team was selected to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Women's All-West Third Team the organization announced today.
"We are extremely proud of the progress she continues to make for us at CWU," CWU Head Coach
Michael Farrand said. "She is a great young lady and it's a nod to what she has done and the work she puts in. We look forward to watching her continue to grow."
Nolte recorded four goals and six assists, for a total of fourteen points, while playing an average of 49 minutes per game. She took a team high 39 shots. Three of Nolte's goals were game winners. She earned Second Team All-GNAC honors for her play this season, as well as Academic All-GNAC. In 2014, she was named GNAC Freshman of the Year and Daktronics Second Team.
Nolte looks to reprise her role as an offensive threat in 2016 for the Wildcats.
