ELLENSBURG, Wash. --  All 12 Central Washington University men's basketball players scored a point in the Wildcats lopsided 118-67 victory over Langara College Friday night in Nicholson Pavilion, as CWU improved to 4-4 on the season.

The Bulk of Central Washington's scoring came from a trio of freshman in Khalil Shabazz, Malcolm Cola, and Coleman Sparling.  Cola led all scorers with 19 points on 8 of 13 shooting, and his 13 rebounds was also tops in the contest.  Both marks are career highs for the true freshman who also added two blocks and a steal.

All three freshman accounted for over 46-percent of the teams scoring, and were involved in 31 of the Wildcats 49 made baskets in the game.

Central Washington recorded 38 assists in the game, setting a new school record.  The old record was set during the 2008-09 season against Multnomah University.

The Wildcats shot 53.8 percent from the field, 44-percent from three, and outrebounded the Falcons 37 to 29.

Walk-on Austin Houtz scored his first collegiate points of his career on a fast break layup securing scoring outputs from each available member of the CWU basketball team.

The Wildcats led 67-34 at the half before going on a 35-11 run to open the second half, highlighted by an alley-opp slam by Sage Woodruff off a Marc Rodgers lop.

The Wildcats led by as many as 55 points on their way to the 51-point victory.

The Wildcats return to action next Thursday when they travel to play Montana State University-Billings on Dec. 14 at 6 p.m.
