The Warriors are 6-2 on the season. They had won four straight games before heading to the Domino's Classic this past weekend.  There Corban fell to Lewis-Clark State (86-73) and Montana Western (72-70). Their largest margin of victory came in a 112-70 victory over Salish Kootenai College.Â

Leading Corban's offense is Elijah Welch. He has played in nearly every game for the Warriors, averaging 11.3 points per game. Mauricio Smith is averaging 11.4 points per game, but has played just 116 minutes to Welch's 109. Isiah Quintero is averaging an even 10 points per game, while Beau Roggenbach is chipping in 10.6 in five games. The Warriors are averaging 94.7 points per game and holding opponents to just 67.9 points per night.

Corban is also outrebounding its opponents 47.3 to 32.7. Quintero leads the Warriors on the glass, hauling in 62 rebounds for an average of 8.9 per game. Smith is second in rebounding with a total of 36 boards.

LAST TIME OUT
The Wildcats picked up a home victory over Evergreen State University, 65-57. It is the 'Cats third consecutive victory, as they improved to 4-1 on the season.

Matt Poquette led the Wildcats with 14 points and five rebounds.Â
Gamaun Boykin recorded 11 points and picked up four assists.Â

Central had won its previous two games in come from behind fashion at the Fairfield Inn Tournament in Nampa, Idaho with wins over Texas A&M Kingsville and Colorado Christian.

The Wildcats are 2-0, dating back to 2003, against the Warriors.Â

Central and Corban met for the first time since December 30, 2003, on November 24, 2018. Â Rinta's Wildcats nabbed a 90-68 victory.Â
