ELLENSBURG, Wash.—Central Washington will host its annual Wildcat Invitational, Friday, and Saturday, at the CWU Recreation Sports Complex.
 
Competition begins at 11 a.m., Friday, and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Select events on Saturday will be streamed live to the CWU Athletics Facebook page.

"I'm really excited to be bringing some people here to compete after a year-plus off from meets. It's so nice to compete, especially at home. We're excited to show off at home, and we're excited about showing off the facility. We haven't hosted very many home meets yet. There are quite a few GNAC teams who haven't even been here yet, at least with their full squads. We believe we have one of the premier track facilities in the conference now, and we just haven't had a chance for people to see it because of everything that has happened over the last year or so."
