th in Billings Montana at Amend Park.

RACE IMPLICATIONS
A total of 34 teams will be selected to compete in the NCAA Division II Championships on December 2
nd in University Place, Washington. The top 3 teams at regionals secure a spot in the Championships. On the individual side, the top two individuals who are not already part of a qualifying team will get to race in the championships. Additionally, all individuals who finish in the top five and are not part of a qualifying team get bids to nationals. Finally, eight individuals are selected as at large bids to nationals.

It looks like both squads should be ready for a strong effort and are excited to have one more chance to move up against some of our Conference opponents as well as the rest of the West Region," Adkisson adds,Â
"Weather may be a challenge this week, but current conditions here at home have been helping us to be prepared for some bite in the air."

2021 REGIONALS
Last year at regionals, the Wildcat's finished in the top 20. The men finished 18
th and the women 20
th. In that race,
Shawn Clough finished 86
th in 33:05.7. The women were led by Madison Child who finished 98
th with a time of 23:42.3.

LAST TIME OUT
Ty Savely is hoping to repeat the success he had two weeks ago at the GNAC Championships. Savely recorded a PR finishing 22
nd, completing the 8k in 25:04.1.
Both teams are working to improve over their GNAC finishes and outpace a few more of the conference teams.
