The reigning LSC Offensive Player of the Week, Henderson, got the offense started hot with a 38-yard rushing touchdown only a minute into the game.

For the remainder of the first quarter, the CWU offense didn't put up any more points. The defense held the Red Leafs to a punt and a turnover on downs.

To start the second quarter, the Wildcat's offense exploded, turning four straight drives into touchdowns. The big play in the first drive was a 41-yard pass from Glasper to Morrison, setting up the Wildcats outside of SFU's red zone. On 2nd and Goal from the SFU 2, Glasper took it in himself, growing the CWU lead to 13-0.

After forcing another punt, the Wildcats took over at the CWU 46. Glasper then hit Glasser for 39 yards, setting up CWU at the SFU 15. Henderson took over after that, and a two-yard rushing touchdown made the score 20-0 with 9:01 remaining in the half.

Another SFU punt gave CWU the ball with 6:18 left in the second quarter. Glasper found Cook for 36 yards and just like that, the Wildcats were in the scoring position again. Morrison caught a 17-yard touchdown from Glasper and the score was 27-0.

The Wildcats took over once again late in the quarter and didn't waste any time. Glasper found Glasser in the end zone, setting up a 26-yard touchdown strike, expanding CWU's lead to 34-0 going into the half.

The Red Leafs had the ball to start the second half, and they got a big play to get themselves on the scoreboard. Justin Seiber hit Ethan Beselt for a 61-yard touchdown, and the score was now 34-7.

Both offenses sputtered for the majority of the quarter. Jude Mullette connected on a 37-yard field goal with 2:24 remaining in the third quarter. CWU led 37-7 going into the fourth quarter.

CWU's first drive of the fourth quarter turned into another field goal for Jude Mullette, this time from 25 yards out. That would be the final score of the game as CWU won 40-7.
