PUEBLO, Colo. - The Central Washington University track & field team had a pair of representatives at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in Pueblo, Colo. this weekend.
Lauryn Chandler finished 14th in the 100-meter hurdles while
E'lexis Hollis logged a 15th-place finish in the 100-meter dash.

ABOUT THE MEET:
- Chandler ran in the third and final heat in the first round of the 100-meter hurdles on Saturday. Chandler traveled to Pueblo as the 20th qualifier, but after running a time of 13.99 seconds, she earned a 14th-place finish. She was less than two-tenths of a second away from qualifying for the finals.
- On Friday, Hollis ran in the first round of the 100-meter dash. Entering as the 19th qualifier, Hollis ended up in 15th place with a time of 11.78 seconds. She finished 7th in the second heat and did not advance to the finals.
- The NCAA Outdoor Championships will conclude tomorrow, May 26. Chandler and Hollis marked the final performances for the Wildcat track & field season.
