  • In the 67th minute, Natalie Bunch got in behind and poked it over Morgan Blankenship for the Ranger's third goal.
FIRST HALF
  • The 'Cats got off to a fast start and utilized Tatum Zuber's impressive attacks near the box early on. In the 10th minute, Zuber unleashed one from the top of the box that Grace Glover bobbled but held on to.
  • Zuber followed that up with another laser in the 11th minute towards the bottom left corner that Glover barely got a hand to.
  • Stacia Conely made her season debut after battling injuries last year and early this season. She made an impact early, forcing corners and finding teammates in the final third.
  • Cadence Fisher attacked the net late in the half for Regis, but Mallory Patzer made the save not allowing the low-driven ball to do any damage.
  • Both teams went into the break scoreless.
SECOND HALF
  • Regis broke the scoreless tie in the 50th minute. A foul in the box led to Kelby Kuo's attempt from the penalty spot, which she buried in the bottom right corner to give the Rangers the 1-0 lead.
  • Two minutes later a breakaway Madeline Gardner found Kuo with a beautiful side heel pass and Kuo beat Morgan Blankenship to put the Rangers up two.
  • Natalie Bunches scored the final goal of the game in super sub fashion as she got on the pitch and scored a minute later getting in behind and winning the one-on-one battle against Patzer.
  • Blankenship didn't end her day in goal without a highlight. In the 75th minute Alexis Gaffney struck a high one that Blankenship turned away and then she proceeded to stop the point-blank rebound by palming it.
  • In the 84th minute, Emily Darcy found space and put a shot low center testing Kayla Arucan who made the save.
