CLACKAMAS, Ore. – Johan Correa earned his second straight GNAC Runner of The Week honors after taking down his second win in as many starts. Correa beat a field of 128 at the Pacific Lutheran Invitational on Saturday, finishing the 8K in 24:23.7. Correa held off second-place Sebastian Brinkman of Simon Fraser by four seconds.

Coach Hill expressed excitement for Johan's achievement, "We are fortunate to have a talent like Johan Correa representing CWU. He's a special, once-in-a-generation athlete.  He's still a young runner in the sport, and there is no limit to his potential.  He's had a nice start to his season, but the focus is just on getting better each day."
