SEATTLE, Wash. – Central Washington's women soccer team (1-4-2, 0-3-1 GNAC) suffered a shoutout defeat on the road Saturday against Seattle Pacific University (5-1-2, 3-0-1 GNAC). Nora Patterson scored for SPU in the 75
th minute on a through ball from teammate, Taylor Krueger. A minute later, in the 76
th minute, Andie Buckley doubled the lead, rifling a shot at the edge of the box. The assist came from Krueger who once again set her teammate up nicely.

FIRST HALF
It was a scoreless first half where the 'Cats were outshot three to four and each team was able to secure two corner kicks.
Maggie McBroom rifled a shot on goal in the 29
th minute but goalkeeper Landry Schoennauer made a great save. Moira MacKay had the Falcons only shot on goal.
SECOND HALF
CWU were outshot 15 to one and could not create offensive opportunities going forward.
Sami Huber took the lone shot in the 80
th minute but was saved by Schoennauer. Krueger led SPU with six shots attempted, and teammates Ashlyn Valdovinos and Moira McKay were close behind with three. The breakthrough came in the 75
th minute as Patterson slotted the ball in the back of the net, giving the Falcons the lead. In the following possession, Buckley rifled a shot past the CWU goalkeeper, giving Seattle Pacific a 2-0 lead in the 76
th minute. Krueger put together an impressive performance with two assists.
