QUOTING HEAD COACH RANDI RICHARDSON-THORNLEY:

"I'm pleased with our team's response and effort today. NNU is a good team who plays hard and will challenge you on both sides of the ball. I was pleased with our team's effort to defend in transition, and I felt we had better intent on the ball to defend individuals tonight. Offensively, we stayed composed, shared the ball well with 18 assists, and had all five starters in double-figures. Our girls played a great game, and we did what we needed to do to secure our spot in the tournament. Now we must recover and give ourselves the best chance to finish out strong next week."
