ELLENSBURG, Wash. – The Central Washington University volleyball team (14-5, 10-2 GNAC) hits the road for the final time this season as the Wildcats head the Lacey, Wash., on Thursday, Nov. 6 to take on the Saint Martin's Saints (11-10, 4-9 GNAC), and then down the I5 Corridor to Monmouth, Ore., to face the Western Oregon Wolves (2-19, 1-12 GNAC) on Saturday, Nov. 8.

Central is coming off a perfect week after sweeping both Seattle Pacific on Thursday, Oct. 30, and Montana State Billings on Saturday, Nov. 1. The 'Cats outscored their opponents 115-52 this week in a strong offensive showing.
The Wildcats' offensive performance was capped by four players recording double-digit kills led by
Scottie Ellsworth with 18 kills, followed by
Ellie Marble with 17, while
Ella Bines and
Kailey Willsey each recorded 14 kills.
Corinne Westby led from the service line with four aces, followed by
Kayleigh-Shay Chang with three. Chang also led in assists, feeding the offense with 40 assists, including her 1000th recorded assist during Saturday's matchup against MSUB. Defensively,
Brooklyn Parker led the team with 36 digs, recording 6.00 digs per set over the weekend, while Bines and
Mackenzie Godden each recorded four blocks at the net.
ABOUT THE SAINTS
Since playing the Wildcats on Oct. 11, Saint Martin's has gone 2-4, defeating both MSUB and SPU, and then dropping four straight to Alaska Anchorage, Alaska Fairbanks, Western Washington, and Simon Fraser.
The Saints are led, offensively, by Emily Garten with 277 kills, followed by Emmy Hansen with 176 kills, and Kingsley Mason with 171. Sophie Fast feeds the offense with 477 assists, while Garten leads the service line with 27 aces. On the defensive side, Tiffany Lam leads with 291 digs, followed by Garten with 186, while Hanna Ligons leads at the net with 114 blocks.
The Wildcats and Saints hit the court on Thursday, Nov. 6. First serve from the Marcus Pavilion is set for 7:00 p.m.
ABOUT THE WOLVES
Since last facing Central, WOU has gone 1-6–seeing its first conference victory over Montana State Billings on Oct. 18. The Wolves had close chances against SPU and UAA, falling in five sets in both matches.
Maela Honma leads the offense with 278 kills, followed by Chloe Asciutto with 163. Samantha Darby keeps the offense flowing with 499 assists, while the Saints have five players who have recorded more than 20 service aces led by Kealani Rosa with 28, followed by Asciutto (26), Samantha Darby (25), Honma (23), and Madi Noel (21). Defensively, Honma leads with 234 digs, while Asciutto leads the front line with 65 blocks.
The Wildcats take on the Wolves on Saturday, Nov. 8. First serve from Monmouth is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
