"It's an exciting week for us as we get our first conference home games," Assistant Coach
Emmy Koflanovich said. "We have put in work this week and are ready to see what we can put together. The girls have come ready to train at each practice and we are looking to put a full 90 minutes together on both Thursday and Saturday. Both Western Oregon and Saint Martin's picked up shutout wins last week and are playing well. We'll need focus on what we do well and execute our game."
SCOUTING WESTERN OREGON
The Wolves improved to 2-5-1 last week with a big upset over then No.7 Seattle Pacific and a draw against Montana State Billings. Western Oregon is now 1-2-1 in GNAC play.

st minute goal from Piper Matson levelled the score against the 'Jackets in the 1-1 draw.
Matson and Jada Foster are tied for the side's high in goals with two each. Nowatzke is the only other goal scorer for WOU. Chloe Smith has recorded a pair of assists, while Matson and Hannah Rispler have also recorded an assist. The Wolves have amassed 76 shots on the season, 21 coming from Smith. SCOUTING SAINT MARTIN'S
The Saints are 3-5-0 overall and 2-2-0 in GNAC play. They defeated Montana State Billings, 2-0, last week before falling 3-0 to No. 7 SPU.
Maddie Wolff and Rebecca Garrison scored goals in the first 20 minutes of play against the 'Jackets en route to SMU's clean sheet. The Saints fired 20 shots with eight on goal. They held the Yellowjackets to just seven shots. Only one of which was on goal. The Saints allowed three second half goals against Seattle Pacific. After being held to seven shots in the first half, the Falcons responded with 13 shots in the second stanza.
Wolff and Kiersten Madsen lead Saint Martin's with two goals. Garrison, Elizabeth Cole, Mia Fleming, Daeh Lindquist, and Salma Perez have also tallied a marker for SMU. Garrison leads her side in assists with two. The Saints have taken 116 shots with 43 on goal. They have kept a varied look offensively, as 12 players have taken more than three shots each. Both of Madsen's goals have come on penalties.

The 56 total shots were the most a Central keeper has faced in a two-game stretch. She eclipsed the 53 shots faced by Kayla Lipston and Kori Butterfield against WWU and WOU in September 2011. The pair combined for 18 saves.
