ELLENSBURG, Wash. – The Central Washington women's basketball team maintained a spot in the top 25 of one of the two national polls following their split last weekend on the road. The Wildcats fell only two spots in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) poll from 22
nd to 24
th. Unfortunately, according to the Division Two Sports Information Directors Association poll (D2SIDA) the 'Cats fell out of the poll from the 16
th spot and now are receiving votes.
This is the third week that the Wildcats have been featured in the WBCA poll and ends a streak of three consecutive weeks being featured in the D2SIDA poll. Last weeks 16
th ranking in the D2SIDA poll remains the highest ranking so far this season for CWU.
CWU still maintains solid ground in the D2SIDA west region poll;
