Wildcats Make it Three Consecutive Weeks in WBCA Top 25 Poll

ELLENSBURG, Wash. – The Central Washington women's basketball team maintained a spot in the top 25 of one of the two national polls following their split last weekend on the road. The Wildcats fell only two spots in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) poll from 22nd to 24th. Unfortunately, according to the Division Two Sports Information Directors Association poll (D2SIDA) the 'Cats fell out of the poll from the 16th spot and now are receiving votes.

This is the third week that the Wildcats have been featured in the WBCA poll and ends a streak of three consecutive weeks being featured in the D2SIDA poll. Last weeks 16th ranking in the D2SIDA poll remains the highest ranking so far this season for CWU.

  1. Western Washington
  2. California State-Dominguez Hills
  3. California State-San Marcos
  4. Central Washington
