ELLENSBURG, Wash.—After day one of the GNAC Multi's Championship, the Wildcats Track & Field Athletes hold strong standings going into day two.
QUOTING HEAD COACH KEVIN ADKISSON
"On the whole I am pretty pleased with how things went, we came out and competed hard. It was really cool to see Ryan Thoma and Braydon Maier on top after day one. Maier is a big second day guy and the two of them have really pushed each other hard. Both of the guys should really be pushing their national qualifying marks. On the ladies' side Hailey Holsey had a big first day with a lot of good things. McCall DeChenne had a bit of a rough high jump which damped her first day a little. Both of the girls are still in a great spot and not too far out at all."
