QUOTING HEAD COACH JONATHAN HILL
"We've got a really strong, diverse, talented, committed group represented in these awards. Six men's all region and nine women is a wonderful accomplishment. These are only given to the top athletes on the west coast and we've got quite a few.Â
Emy being recognized in three events is absolutely amazing. She is once again the jumps queen on the west coast. Her diversity of skills is rare to say the least. She's a blessing to work with and be around.Â
Elise is one of the best sprinters on the west coast. Her recognition in the 200 & 400 is absolutely amazing. She's a huge part of our team and leads of group with her commitment and character.
Colton has had an awesome debut for the wildcats as well. His recognition in two events, as a freshman, is just the beginning of a long list of awards he'll earn.Â
Our freshman Addy and Azariah are for real and will be a problem for the conference for a while.Â
Drew, Wes, Boogy and Cal'von have all worked really hard and taken on new challenges to get to this point. These men keep the pace and push everyone in their areas to improve.Â
It's exciting to watch our throws group shine and Maliyah leads us in several ways. She and Ashlyn are our future generation of leaders athletically and culturally."
