QUOTING HEAD COACH JONATHAN HILL
"There's a lot of tradition at Hayward field. One of which, the Hayward victory lap, you get to throw a shirt to the crowd. Today, Johan got to take the lap after his awesome early season 1:48 run. I'm so excited for him to carry his form over from indoor to today."
"We had great things happen in both teams throws with Wyatt, Payton, Kamila and Wes all performing well in tough conditions, The women's 5k with Payton, Julie and Camryn all running lifetime bests, and women's 400/400h where Donna and Carley put their hard work on display with lifetime bests."
