Neil, a four-time CWU MVP and 1995 NAIA All-American, competed for the Wildcats from 1992-95. The hardworking defender earned all-conference honors three seasons in a row as a member of the Pacific Northwest Athletic Conference. As a senior, under the leadership of head coach Larry Foster, Neil led the Wildcats to an 8-5-4 record and scored two goals, both of which came on penalty kicks. Neil holds the single-season record for converted penalty kicks with two, and over the course of four years she had 11 assists. With her 1995 All-America team selection, she became the first CWU soccer player to earn the distinction.
