Central Washington University Athletics

Was a two sport standout at CWU before embarking on outstanding high school coaching career at Highland, Kentwood and Sehome. Led the Wildcat football team in, rushing in 1973 and ranked second in 1974. Won NAIA District 1 100 yard titles in track and field in both 1974 and 1975 and ran on winning 440 yard relay team in 1974. In 21 seasons at head basketball coach at the high school level (at time of induction) posted record of 424-119.
