Joslin competed in track and field for the Wildcats between 1982 and 1985, v\/inning the 1 982 and 1983 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) District 1 women's heptathlon championships. She placed eighth at the 1 982 NAIA national championships meet with 4,486 points, and then came in eleventh at nationals the following year. With a 4,647-point total recorded in 1984, Joslin was still the CVVU record-holder in the heptathlon twenty-two years later as she was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame.
