Koenigs shattered nearly every CWU offensive school record in women's soccer history in just three years playing for the Wildcats. At the time of her induction, she was still the school's all-time leading scorer with 27 goals and 65 points. In 1997, Koenigs set the single-season school records for goals (16) and points (39), which was the fourth best mark ever recorded in the Pacific Northwest Athletic Conference (PNWAC). That same year, she was selected as a first-team all-PNWAC forward. In addition, Koenigs was named a second-team Pacific Northwest Region all-star. Before coming to Central, she played at Highline Community College, where she led the Thunderbirds to the Northwest Athletic Association of Community College's women's soccer championship. Koenigs is married to Scott Earle, who is one of the winningest baseball pitchers in CWU history. Her role went from star soccer player to standout soccer mom, as the couple has four children.
