CWU’s starting quarterback for two seasons (1972-73). In 1972, completed 122 of 227 passes for 1,904 yards and 25 touchdowns and was voted to the first team NAIA All-American squad. Finished career with 2,808 yards and 31 touchdowns. After earning degree in 1973 was involved in education for seven years, serving as an assistant football coach and head baseball coach at Omak High School, before entering private business.
