The 2004 volleyball team ended the regular season unblemished with a 26-0 record, winning the Great Northwest Athletic Conference title and earning a berth in the NCAA Division II West Regional Tournament. They posted an 18-0 conference record losing only 8 of 62 sets in their matches. Kate Reome was named GNAC Player of the Year and the team landed five players on the all-conference team. Reome and LeAnne McGahuey were each named to multiple west region teams and both earned All-American distinction. A total of four players from the 2004 team earned All-America honors in their career, with Crystal Ames and Kristen Pasley garnering the honors in 2005 and 2006, respectively. In 2004, Reome was also named GNAC Female Athlete of the year. LaQue Branch was a first-team all-West Region selection and was named GNAC Newcomer of the Year. A total of five players made the all-conference team and head coach Maria Andaya was named GNAC and AVCA West Region Coach of the Year.
