Hall of Fame
A running back with a rare combination of speed, power, balance, vision, and excellent hands, Raley is one of just six players—and the only CWU player—to earn Columbia Football Association first-team all-league honors for four straight seasons, which he did from 1990 to 1993. At the time of his induction, Raley's 4,416 all-purpose yards still ranked third in school history. In addition, he remained fifth on Central's career receiving list (178), sixth in pass reception yardage (2,161), and seventh in both touchdowns (31) and average yards per rush (5.28). Raley also still ranked No 15 on CWU's career list for kick-off returns (19.29 yards per return). After gaining more than 1,600 yards in total offense during his first season alone, Raley was honored as CWU's Outstanding Freshman of the Year. A three-sport standout at Prairie High School, at the time of his CWU induction, he still held his high school's long Jump record.
